Ideally located for exploring Provence, the Luberon and Haute Provence, the house, a medieval mas from the 12th century, is located at the crossroads of 4 PACA departments between Pertuis and Manosque, in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, 40 minutes from Lac d'Esparron (Verdon), 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and 1 hour from Marseille.
Lots of charm for this building combining authenticity, exoticism and modern comfort. It has its heated swimming pool, its private entrance and garden in a forest area of almost 30 hectares.
The owners, ourselves, live on site in a semi-detached building on one side, not overlooked.
We were lucky in the spring of 2019 to have been contacted by Tf1 television and participated in the program '' THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAYS ''.
The place is ideal for a couple or for a family with 2 children. The 110m² house has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a 160 cm double bed. There is access to the private swimming pool and garden from the back of the building where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located.
On the ground floor, you have a large air-conditioned living room of 25 m² with large screen TV, 4/5 seater sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Laundry room, outbuildings and bicycle storage are also available for you on the terrace at the front of the house.
Two dining areas: one on the terrace shaded by a trellis, charcoal barbecue, electric plancha on request, outdoor lighting.
The other dining area is on the swimming pool side. Table and 4 chairs with parasol.
The landscaped swimming pool, for exclusive use by the tenants, is in operation all year round.
For your comfort, it is heated from April 15 so that you can enjoy pleasant water in the back season (April / May / June and September / October).
The swimming pool is located at the back of the building with a view of an oak forest. Its size is 5 x 10 m and its maximum depth is 1 m. 70. It is an original swimming pool with a submerged beach and access by a few steps as well.
Latest generation, it is treated with sea salts by electrolysis, therefore without chlorine. Its waterfall, its submerged beach and its Luberon stone walls are an integral part of the landscape.
For comfort
The property is completely fenced with private parking closed inside the property.
The garden with the swimming pool covers a total area of around 450 m².
On site not far from the property, you also benefit from private walking trails and hectares of forest for walking.
Our property is part of the town of Beaumont de Pertuis, a village of 1000 inhabitants, very picturesque, offering many marked footpaths and a very interesting cultural and historical heritage.
There are many activities and leisure activities nearby:
- Hiking and mountain biking;
- Developed fishing lake: Lac de l'aillade;
- Pony club in Beaumont de Pertuis;
- The 7 lakes;
- 2 parks with games and entertainment, including a domestic animal park 10 minutes from here;
- Luberon Golf Course 20 minutes away;
- Aéroclub de Vinon, 20 minutes away
