At the foot of the Luberon, our family house is located in Villelaure, five minutes walk from the village, where you will find all the necessary local shops (butchers, bakers, florist, scoop, press, pharmacy ....).
The house has 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one on ground floor), two bathrooms (one on each floor, with a washing machine in the bottom one), a fully equipped kitchen (3 fridges, a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a robot, a dishwasher ...), a dining room and a living room (a TV in the lounge and in the dining room, with a DVD player and DVDS left available).
For detailed information about the rooms:
- Upstairs, a first chamber of eighteen square meters, has a terrace (see photos), the second of 11 square meters, a third of 14 square meters. Storage space is provided in each room.
- On the ground floor a room of twelve square meters, with storage and office.
Upstairs, the attic was redesigned (see photo) in living room, with two farm-tables, libraries (books are available for reading on site), a large sofa, a TV and Hifi .
Three cellars and a pantry are available to store your groceries.
Two garages with room for one car in each.
A swimming pool, with a local twenty square meters where the robot is located for maintenance, chairs, a bed (it is perfectly possible to sleep in the double bed, but it is of course not counted in 4 rooms mentioned in the description of the house), a bathroom and toilet (no bathroom or toilets are not counted in the 2 toilets and bathrooms shown in the ad, but they can be very convenient, if a person wants to sleep in the room).
Regarding the garden, it is built on the front of the house, terraced (or bancaou). So you find a large terrace on the front of the house, with a stone table and chairs and two side tables for lunches and dinners, a first bancaou with swimming pool, and a second with a garden "Zen".
On the back of the house (access being by the loft), there is also a garden bancaou with a first terraced with a side table and a Provencal garden, a vegetable garden with the second, a third with a vast olive field and orchard (peach, pear, cherry ....)

Regarding the linens, we leave available comforters / blankets, tablecloths and mats, but no towels or sheets.
You can "rent" sheets, for 20 euros per pair of sheets.
An internet connection is available, the WiFi code, you will be left behind.
The gardens are closed (except the front of the house).

Namely that at the beginning of the house, there are hiking trails, lovely and of all levels.
