Nestled on a 1,500m² piece of paradise, this villa welcomes you with a charming setting. The enclosed garden, adorned with ancient olive trees, cypresses, vibrant flowers, oleanders, cacti, and lavender, offers a picturesque retreat. Children have ample grassy space to play and create memories.
Step onto the terrace, where a spacious and sheltered seating area, accompanied by a barbecue, beckons for delightful aperitifs and shared meals. The inviting pool (8mx4m) adds a touch of luxury. Upon request, the pool is heated and comes with an electric security cover for the safety of little ones. Pool heating is inclusive from June to September. In cooler months, it can be heated at an additional cost of €150 per week, ensuring your comfort despite the weather.
