VILLA AURORA is a two-story luxury villa located in Praiano, with stunning views of the sea. Villa Aurora is 350 square meters. It sleeps 10 people. It has a private outdoor heated swimming pool, a heated indoor spa swimming pool, air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI. The continental breakfast is included.
Villa Aurora is a unique property, located on the seaside of the charming former fishing village Praiano, between Amalfi and Positano. You will be at five minutes walk from the main road and the centre of the village where you will find restaurants, shops, the grocery shop, the bank and the SITA bus stop for Amalfi and Sorrento. The villa is within walking distance from the local beach where you will find a very nice local restaurant and the famous nightclub L Africana.
You will not need a car to stay at the Villa Aurora. If you have one, a parking place (for 1 car only) can be reserved for you, near the villa for a small weekly rate. A porterage service is included on the arrival and departure.
You will reach the villa from the main coastal road.
The villa and its terraces are full of atmosphere, and the spirit of the place creates a perfect harmony and balance. The construction is very fascinating, the house is an ancient villa restored with extremely good taste and sobriety, keeping the charm and quality of the material of the original house and modern design.
THE HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL is 6x5.5 meters with depth that goes from 1.25 meters to 1.70 meters. It is equipped with nicely done garden furniture. Sea salt system chlorine free - can be heated on request. The heating is strictly related to the outdoor temperature.
THE INDOOR HEATED SPA SWIMMING POOL is 5x5 meters with depth that goes from 1.25 meters to 1.75 meters. It has window ceiling, frescos, jets, and chromo therapy with a temperature of 35°. The swimming pool it is located on the ground floor of the villa.

The floors enjoy large, white ceramic tiles. Many ceilings have hand-painted decorations and special lighting. The living area is equipped with sofas, a table, and a large, flat screen Satellite TV. There is a courtyard with chairs and tables and a second living room with sofas overlooking the indoor pool.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads out into the dining room. There is also access, by an internal staircase, to a beautiful roof top terrace with cushions for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sea views.
On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide. From the bedroom, you will access the main patio.

From the ground floor, going up a few stairs you will reach the first floor.
