Ideally located in Lubéron parc of Provence, 5km away from Gordes village, this property is south-oriented and located in a quiet area, though not isolated. It was fully refurbished with luxury materials. The decoration is extremely refined, most furniture are antiques from l’Isle-Sur-Sorgue. The villa is very cosy and easy to live-in (the kitchen opens onto an terrace to eat outside, complete gourmet cooking fittings, TV lounge and library upstairs….). The house is fully air-conditioned, and is especially fitted for large families or several couples with children/babies. The three bedrooms on the ground floor have each their own en suite bathrooms (walk-in in polished concrete for two bedrooms, and bathtub for the other one). The two additional bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with a walk-in shower decorated with pebbles. A landscape gardener designed the garden, that enjoys beautiful views. The garden benefits from a swimming pool (protected by an automatic safety cover) surrounded by a sunbathing teck terrace, and a pétanque playground. Additionnally the swimming-pool is heated from May to September.
