Le Rayol-Canadel is a small unspoiled paradise, between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, about twenty kilometers from St Tropez and Ramatuelle, where the Massif des Maures comes to throw itself into the Mediterranean sea. It is good to live in all seasons thanks to its micro-climate but also to its shops open all year round. The Mediterranean vegetation is incredible and the views of the sea, the islands and the Caps are splendid (especially from the Canadel pass). Rare thing in summer, you can easily park and find a place for your towel on the beautiful beaches of the town because the main road does not pass along the seafront and there are no direction signs uninitiated tourists to the beach ... The Rayolais want to preserve their privacy!
Villa Romarine is a large and very beautiful Provencal villa of 260 m2 completely refurbished this winter and offering 6 bedrooms including a children's dormitory. It can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people including 8 adults, it is ideal for 4 families with children (4 double rooms).
Its location, its exposure, its view, its plant environment and its calm are exceptional:

The villa is very spacious (260 m2) and very pleasant to live in. It has on the ground floor:
- a large entrance / library
- a large living room with fireplace of over 60 m2 opening onto a large south-facing terrace,
- a brand new fitted kitchen of 35 m2 with central island, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and induction hobs
- a large suite with a large double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with WC

All household appliances (US fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, circulating heat oven, food processor, etc.), stereo and video are of course available to you (2 flat screens and 1 curved screen, Blu-Ray player, PS4 game console with a dozen games including FIFA 2017, BOSE speaker ...)
The outdoor spaces are very pleasant to live in and perfectly suited to families with young children. There is a large flat space all around the house, the land then descends gradually (no steep) and the very large swimming pool (13 m long) is secured by a roller shutter. It is surrounded by a very large terrace where you can bask in the sun or shade depending on your preference.
You will find outside everything you need to prepare and take your meals (Weber gas and traditional barbecue), relax in the shade or in the sun (2 garden furniture, sunbeds and deckchairs, and have fun (swimming pool, table tennis, pétanque field).
You will have a secure private parking space for 2 vehicles. The parking of additional vehicles is very easy in the immediate vicinity.
Sheets and household linen are provided. Possibility of cleaning during the stay (with supplement).
From April to September weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only. Weekend rental accepted from October to March. Weekend rate 1. 600 € from Friday to Sunday (2 nights) + 200 € compulsory cleaning-> total 1. 800 euros.
