Le Petit Joyau is an authentically renovated and professionally decorated 18th century village house in the charming village of Goult. This luxury one bedroom, one bath, air-conditioned stone home, is perfectly located in the village as well in in the heart of the beautiful Luberon region of Provence. You’ll delight in the south facing terrace with its sweeping views over the village rooftops and the Luberon. The village offers wonderful restaurants, a delicious boulangerie, a cheese shop, a well stocked épicerie (grocery store) and a butcher are all within walking distance. The property is located at the top of village in a quiet “place”, or square, yet within walking distance to all the village’s amenities. Entering through the front door is a living area with an 18th century fireplace, custom designed furniture and thoughtfully selected antiques. Beyond the salon is a bedroom with a king size bed (180cm) with high quality linens. A south facing window overlooks the charming village houses. An attached bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, heated towel rack and separate toilet. The washer and dryer are placed discretely underneath the vanity countertop. Signature bath amenities are provided as well as bathrobes and slippers. Located on the upper level, which is reached by a stone staircase with a wrought iron hand railing created by a local artisan, is the sunny custom kitchen equipped with everything needed to create wonderful meals from locally sourced products. A Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, blender, coffee press and toaster are provided. The terrace is located next to the kitchen. It has a stunning view overlooking the village, the Luberon and distant perched villages.
