524 sqm of cosy and beautifully furnished and decorated living space is spread out over a number of units allowing for unforgettable holidays with family and friends.
South-facing and benefiting from lift access to all floors, the main house includes a living/reception room with a study area, a fireplace and a TV, a spacious and luxuriously equipped air-conditioned kitchen/dining room with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a shower room benefiting from exterior access and opening onto a terrace.
The upper floor comprises two communicating air-conditioned suites with bathrooms and dressing rooms.
Two further air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room/study are on the top floor.
On a fully fitted and equipped basement with a utility room, a storage room and a wc benefiting from lift access.
A self-contained air-conditioned apartment (La Fenière) includes a bedroom for 2 children, a shower room and a kitchen area. The upper floor comprises a sitting room/study and a bedroom.
A second self-contained air-conditioned apartment benefiting from independent access and an outdoor area includes a kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
