It is a charming air-conditioned cottage of 59 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of about 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of about 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Room 3 : a single bed.
Outside :
- A closed garden of about 100 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days and a clear view without opposite to appreciate the panorama (soothing panoramic view on the whole surrounding valley).
The house is ideally located in Montfort-sur-Argens in the district "Les Christaous", in a residential environment, very quiet and very pleasant. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops...
Activities
Many activities are possible in the surroundings according to your desires: nature, animal encounters, equestrian centers (Montarines stables), golf (Gof du Barbadoux), thrills (karting, parachuting, ULM, climbing), beaches (within a radius of 50 km - l'Argentière, l'Almanarre, l'Ayguade), swimming in the river; canoeing etc.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly outside on the house grounds (2 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located at about 1 hour by car. The airport of Marseille-Provence.

- Animals are not allowed in the house or outside.
- The staircase to go upstairs is a little bit steep.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- A certificate of seasonal insurance will be requested upon arrival in the accommodation. In case of non presentation of this document we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
