The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Le Thoronet, this beautiful air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 115 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with stove), an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 300 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, with sofa and a sitting area with stove (wood provided).
- An American billiard room.
- A dining area (large Provencal table).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A master suite with a king size bed (180*200), bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 : with a queen size bed (160*200)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (the lower bed is 140*190 and the upper bed is 80*190).
- Reading corner on the nets of the Catamaran
Outside :
- A private swimming pool (11 m x 5 m) not heated open in summer (from June 4th to October 1st)
- A large enclosed garden of 4 300 m².
- A terrace of 35 m² on the north side of the house, perfect for breakfasts and grills, covered with travertine with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A petanque court.
- A play area for children (trampoline, swing...).
- A private access to the river Argens.
The house is ideally located in Le Thoronet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
