Positive: Although easy to collect the keys we weren’t given the details of where we were staying until the morning of arrival, as we were travelling at that time with limited internet it was tricky and we couldn’t find the accommodation postcode on any map system. We arrived in the dark and only had photos to guide us which is not helpful in the dark at midnight. this we felt was not sufficient and made for a stressful arrival.

Negative: The arrival details to find the property were inadequate, and very poor, matching up photos is not instructions. We also tried to get hold of the owners a few times before arrival and it took ages before we got a reply, in the end we had a French speaking friend call them ( no reply ) and they eventually sent us a message,
