Positive: If you want to visit the Calanques, then the location of this place is excellent. The beds were nice and everything was clean when we arrived. It's big enough for four people.
Negative: The apartment is very noisy, you can hear the neighbour's television and dogs. There are no cupboards of coat racks! You have to live out of your suitcase. In one of the two bedrooms there is literally only a bed, not even a night stand (with a bedside light). The kitchen is very, very sparsely equipped. There are only three plates, very small coffee cups (no tea mugs), only one saucepan (and no other cooking pots) and two baking pans. A combination of the electric water kettle and either the oven or one of the two parts of the electric cooktops set to max will cause an electric overload. The shower head is just a shower head that you cannot attach to the wall so you can't comfortably take a shower. Bring duct tape and a piece of prusik cord if you want to shower (more or less) comfortably. But not too long, as the shower-bath will quickly overflow. There is one couch (for two people) and one comfortable chair, so the fourth person will have to sit on one of the dining chairs.
Summary: Very, very basic apartment at a nice location if you want to visit the Calanques
