You enter a spacious area of over 60 m² comprising an open plan kitchen, a dining room, the lounge opening onto a terrace. The kitchen has a central island, an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave oven as well as a washing machine.
On the same level there is a large bedroom with 3 single beds (90) or 1 king size bed (180) and a single bed.
On the first floor there are 3 other bedrooms:
One bedroom with a queen size bed (160) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The two other bedrooms are made up of suites with 1 queen size bed (160), 1 shower and 1 independent toilet.
One of them has a small bed for kid (80x190)
Wifi is available throughout the house.
Towels and sheets are provided free of charge.
Babies are welcome, available: 1 high chair, 2 folding beds with mattresses (sheets not provided) and 1 baby bath.

The pigeon house room is upstairs with 1 queen size bed (160), downstairs, 1 shower and 1 separate toilet.

The one hectare garden opens onto vineyards and truffle oaks. A lawn welcomes you near the swimming pool to lie down on the deckchairs at your disposal.
The swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and accessible from May 1st to October 1st (except for exceptional weather), measures 11m x 5m. It is protected by a cover.
