Reserved for the holiday home: 200 sqm with swimming pool and a beautiful shaded garden of 2000 m² in the vineyards and meadows not overlooked, Privacy and unspoiled tranquility, southern exposure.
The pool, the sun is secured with a fence and a locked gate. Within the walls of the closed pool of 500 sqm, in addition to swimming family and friends can jump on the trampoline of 12 m² with a safety net. The pool is designed for walking across the pool for adults. You can: jumping, diving, swimming, lounging or play a game of volleyball (supplied net). Pool with stair access and a projector for night. 8 chairs and 4 low garden tables.
The sound system terrace, foosball and ping-pong table can delight young and old. The garden, shaded by two mulberry trees, is an excellent place for lunch in the shade or take a nap without suffering from the heat with 3 tables and 14 garden chairs. Bikes, snowshoes and pétanque are available.
Inside, a living room and dining room offer a vast living space, and video projector equipped with 3D to watch Canal satellite, your computer, your videos and photos or a good movie while basking. There are 12 seats between chair and sofa.
The kitchen and utility spacious kitchen 35 m², the festive and warm decor, well equipped lets all meet up for lunch or prepare great dishes in a friendly, 2 freezers refrigerators to 800 liters of cold, 2 ovens, hob 5 burners, plus all the usual equipment, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, a large wooden table and a cutting board, dishes, pot, covered in abundance ... including small children with 2 chairs.
In the living room a large rustic table for large family. A piano is available to any musician.
For the sleeping part (about 75 m² in total) in 2 of the 4 bedrooms, 4 beds are electric and can take up according to individual needs. There are 3 bedrooms for couples with a standard suite, bedroom 4 view 5 beds for teenagers or children (bunk beds). A mezzanine with 2 beds. In the rooms for couples 2 Baby cots are available, in another room for couples, extra bed 120 is available. In all, up to 12 beds + 2 cots. The stage is equipped with an air conditioning system.
There is a bathroom with bath, the other with a shower with a grab bar and a changing table and a third with shower and sink. There are 3WC independent one of which is equipped with a Japanese toilet device.
A computer is available to vacationers with ADSL internet and wifi to connect your devices. On the large terrace (70 m²) with sound prolong your evening in the warm summer heat, under the starry sky.

We are close to many famous tourist sites in Provence. Summer is bustling with cultural festivals for all tastes: music, dance, theater. The sea, the big blue is about 30 km as the crow flies.
