The villa is located on the edge of the small village of Uchaux (2 km) and the village of Piolenc (3.5 km), where you will find shops: Grocery shop, bakery, restaurants. Uchaux extends over a vast area of hills and valleys with forests and vineyards on the border between Drôme Provençale and Vaucluse. Ideal area for mountain biking and hiking in the Uchaux massif. Nearby you can visit the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône: Cairanne, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape. The town of Orange, its ancient theatre and its chorégies (8 km).
