Summary: We had stayed at this property under previous ownership in 2018. There have been improvements to the lobby and the rooms. Beautiful, but many of the personal touches were gone including wine and cheese in the lobby daily. Food choices are incredibly limited at the bar restaurant and wine list was average. The new fireplace is a nice touch, seating limited. The rooms had many cheap finishes especially doors and chipped paint. Loved the large remodeled shower. Coffee was empty at breakfast buffet on the morning. Went up to the lobby to get some, but should not have been necessary. Upon check in we were basically ignored and told they would call our cell phone when the room was ready but they never did. Then when we returned all of the same information was taken again like they had never seen us before. All in all average. Property is still beautiful and we love the area and the waterfalls, We also enjoyed the hike to buttermilk falls from the property.
