The whole house is equipped with Daikin air conditioning (very quiet) with electric shutters and large bay windows

-A fully enclosed swimming pool 6 x 3.60 and 1.3 deep with a gate for security.
The swimming pool is equipped with 4 deckchairs there is no direct opposite.

This House is placed in my 2 hectare property where I live.
The house is easily accessible for the disabled.
We are near the small aerodrome of Aix les Milles. It is not a nuisance, only small planes can traffic and it is closed at night.
You will be asked for a deposit of 600 euro by check or cash on arrival and returned on departure if there are no problems.
