It comprises a 27 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Régusse, in very pleasant surroundings. In the village, there is a bakery, two bars, a computer repair shop, a proxy, a pharmacy, a seasonal restaurant, a concept store (a place for sharing, board games, entertainment) and a solidarity shop. Outside the village, there's a small shopping centre with a supermarket, hairdresser, snack bar, etc.
