It comprises an 85 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms including a master suite with bath and washbasin, and two shower rooms, one of which is located in the annex (summer kitchen) adjoining a 25 m² bedroom. The accommodation comprises

- Two separate WCs
- Bedroom 5: in the annex with a double bed (140×190), a shower room and an adjoining toilet (not air-conditioned).
