The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed (120x190) and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a wood stove as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and household products.

- Bedroom 1: south facing with a double bed (140×190) and direct access to the garden.

- A shower room with an Italian shower and a double basin.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A large, unenclosed garden with trees surrounds the house and extends behind it over 4000 m².
- A beautiful corner terrace of 100 m²: one part is exposed to the east, the other part is exposed to the south and is equipped with a shade sail. It has sunbeds, a parasol, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun facing the splendid landscapes of the Green Provence!
- An above ground swimming pool (5x4x1,20) equipped with a retractable ladder. The pool is not heated but the water temperature reaches 28° in the middle of summer. Available only in July and August

A medium-sized store with a petrol station is located less than 15 km from the village in the commune of Ginasservis. Finally, you will find in Vinon-sur-Verdon and Manosque all the big shops as well as a big market on Sunday morning (Vinon sur Verdon).
