Positive: Our stay exceeded our expectations; it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very well located, the neighborhood offers all kinds of services, and access to public transport is excellent; the metro station is right next to the hotel. The hotel is new, recently renovated, everything is very clean and cozy. The reception staff are excellent, polite, and very kind. The only point, which didn't affect us much, is the bathroom's interior space, which is a bit cramped. Taller or heavier people might have some difficulty using it, but otherwise, no other complaints.
