You'll find the villa is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, commanding breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. You will also be just over ten minutes' walk from the splendid hilltop village of Claviers, and just over a couple of kilometers from Bargemon (voted one of the most beautiful villages in France). Nestled among terraced olive groves, with a spectacular infinity pool, it enjoys a fabulous, secluded setting. Yet within 45 minutes to an hour you can be in the Côte d'Azur resorts, sunbathing on the white sands of Fréjus or La Nartelle beaches, kayaking in the Gorges du Verdon, or enjoying life in Cannes or St. Tropez.
The airports of Nice Côte d'Azur (1h) and Marseille Provence (1:45) are within easy reach.
The property itself is set in over an acre of terraced olive groves in a peaceful hillside location. The villa and grounds are South facing and enjoy maximum day-long sunshine throughout the year. Silk trees provide natural shade for summer dining on the terrace in front of the villa, whilst there is a second private covered patio in the apartment below. The terrace is equipped with a gas bbq and the poolside with garden furniture and parasols. The large overflow pool is 11m x 4m (with pool safety alarm), and is complemented by its own terrace, situated beneath the olive groves. A boules ground and extensive private gardens provide other opportunities for enjoyment during your stay.
The property benefits from extensive indoor space in which to relax, being comprised of two linked but entirely separate and self-contained accommodation areas - each equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom(s), living area and terrace.
Over two floors, the villa offers three bedrooms (a double, a twin and a double + single bed), whilst the downstairs apartment has a double and - curtained off from the living area - a twin room that is ideal for children.
There is parking for up to two cars outside the apartment and another two outside the villa.
A quiet path leads directly from the grounds to the village of Claviers, which is a 10-15-minute walk away. Here you will find bars, restaurants, a small grocery store, a boulangerie and a thriving boules scene...
