Summary: My wife, son and I had an excellent stay at this property over the last 2 weeks. Weather was perfect, A/C was wonderful / essential and we had a great time on our return to France after 5 years. Would definitely stay again in the future. Far enough away from places to be reasonably remote, but close enough to larger towns etc. Yes there's some road noise but nothing too distracting overall and we really didn't notice it much. The patisserie in Callas was superb and the Domain Bastide du Plan's wines were too drinkable! Our only minor criticism would be the lack of any basics (oil / salt / pepper / sugar etc) in the kitchen on the typical "if you finish it replace it" rule that we've seen elsewhere previously but that is the only suggestion we would have but equally we didn't know when someone had been in the property previously and some things you wouldn't want to leave around of course. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here - we loved it and hope to be back in the future.
