It has a large swimming pool, surrounded by terraced gardens below the house, and commanding views of neighbouring farms and vineyards. Amid 30 acres of pine forest, groves of black truffle-producing oak trees, fields and vegetation of the Luberon, the house is private and tranquil.
The perched village of Pierrevert, which hosts the only 18-hole golf course within the Luberon's borders, lies 5 kilometres east of the property, and La Bastide des Jourdans is the same distance to the west.
