Pool with a cottage of 20 m2 in the trees (pool house) can accommodate 2-4 additional people. It is adjacent to a large and partly covered terrace with summer bar and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ice maker, griddle ..)
The 150m2 house offers spacious volumes and terraces covered or not overlooking the landscaped park. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet and overlooks a garden with a playground and a very large table of 4 m (15 people) under the pergola.
