Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was ideal, we could walk to most places. The staff was also amazing, we got in on Christmas Eve late after a train delay and confusion with the water taxi system. Most restaurants were closed, but the hotel called one nearby and got them to accept us as the last reservation of the night. When we got there the host was waiting for us outside. The food was delicious. Speaking of delicious food, the hotel breakfast is delicious. They sometimes have snacks, which are also delicious. The decor was beautiful, they have lots of hand blown glass chandeliers and artwork to look at. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: There’s absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. I liked everything.

Summary: Gorgeous hotel added to the charm of Venice experience.
