Summary: Absolutely great service. They went above and beyond the ensure we had a great stay, including arranging transportation for us after we missed train and bus transfers due to train cancellation. The stay was great and helped us plan our day to see the most of the area with the time we had. The room was great and the Spa, pool, and other facilities were also excellent.
