Summary: The room was tiny, no room to maneuver in, you had to navigate around the toilet to get in and out the shower, no cups or glasses within the room to make tea, only paper cups that they don't replace. Breakfast is chaos, the poor staff are run ragged, so you are constantly having to ask for items to be replenished, you don't get asked if you would like tea or coffee, again you have to ask. We asked for milk for the room so we could make ourselves tea, and when we came to check out they "waived" the bar tab for us, so initially they would have charged for the milk, also the bar is not a bar but some seating in reception and a couple of spirts and non inviting.
