La Fenière, surrounded by 120 hectares of truffle fields, is ideally located on the outskirts of the picturesque hamlet of Saint-Grégoire, on the old transhumance route taken by the herds of Arles.
It is a unique place, where calm, authenticity and a panoramic view reign from Sainte-Baume to Dévoluy, and from the Luberon to Verdon. Come and discover this often little-known Provence, with its exceptional climate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year, and a sky of renowned purity, a true paradise for amateur astronomers.
La Fenière, located on the Valensole plateau, at the entrance to the hamlet of Saint-Grégoire, bears witness to the centuries of history that surround it, dating back to the Neolithic era. Surrounded by lavender fields and truffle oaks, it offers a breathtaking view of the Lure mountain, the Pré-Alpes, Mont Chiran, Sainte-Baume and even Mont Ventoux on a clear day.
Within the estate, relax in the garden or by the swimming pool, practice a multitude of sporting activities such as hiking, cycling or horse riding, or explore the cultural riches of this beautiful region.
Completely restored in 2012, this beautiful holiday home offers spaces with unique charm. With its 72m2, it reveals atypical volumes, such as a vaulted room on the ground floor and a high ceiling upstairs.
Bathed in light and offering a breathtaking view of the garden, it invites you to relax. Functional and comfortable, La Fenière can accommodate up to four people and has an independent entrance, a private terrace and a garden.
Inside, you'll find a living-dining room in a former hayloft, complete with stove and TV set into a pebble wall. The terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for convivial moments around a garden table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The toilet is separate, and the two bedrooms offer absolute comfort, with a 160x200 cm double bed in the first and two 90x200 cm single beds in the second, all with comforters. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and retro-style washbasins.
We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort.
Outside, enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The family swimming pool, 9 m long and 4 m wide, is also at your disposal at set times, from mid-May to the end of September, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, depending on weather conditions. Parking is available for vehicles.
