Historic house in the old town of Soubès, right next to the church and the Place de la Fontaine, the property is surrounded by the city gate and the old castle ruins of the Peyrottes family.
The entrance area leads you to the historic court, where executions were carried out in darker times of history.
If you continue walking through the village, the castle fort, still inhabited, joins the old castle ruins.
Many winding streets of the completely renovated inner city lead you past the old city wall and the many small springs of the town Soubès, which is picturesquely enclosed by two rivers and the hilly wine landscape.

For cycling fans, the routes of the Tour de France are not far away and various hiking opportunities lead past the Way of St. James. the Mediterranean can be reached in a good half an hour via a plague-free motorway.
Various waterfalls and the Gorges de Hérault also invite you to swim.
The village restaurant with its French specialties is just a few steps away under the shady plane trees. Right next to it, the Epicerie provides you with the necessary food if you don't want to go to Lodève, 4 km away, where large supermarkets have a full range of fresh fish ready for you.
