It includes on the ground floor a large kitchen with dining area, large worktop, fridge/freezer and small fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker + electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine (laundry room), the kitchen overlooks a 20 m2 dining room with a large convent table, dresser and then a large 40 m2 living room with two relaxation areas, wood-burning fireplace.
