In summer, the house remains very cool due to its very thick walls so no artificial air-conditioning is required. 4 of the bedrooms share a secluded terrace. The swimming pool area has five 100-year old olive trees. It is enclosed and can only be accessed through a door that can be locked. It is secluded from the rest of the courtyard which makes it very safe for families who have young children who want to play outside.
