This pleasant house, flanked by a tower, is located at 300 metres far from the centre of the nice village of Bastide-des-Jourdans where you will find the everyday shops. It has a good privacy and is built on spacious grounds in a nice, quiet and wellkept leavy setting. Nestled in the very heart of the Grand Luberon area, it will be a perfect starting point to go off to explore this magnificent region, trays of Haute Provence with their lavender fields, the canyon of Verdon and the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence.
INSIDE
Outside stairs lead up to a terrace offering a superb outlook on the nearby hills and overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. On this floor, you will find an entrance hall, a kitchen, a large and original living room, two bedrooms (one of them with a large double bed and the other one with a double bed), a bathroom with tub, shower cabin and WC. On the first floor, in the tower (no door to reach it but very well isolated), you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC and a large solarium terrace.
OUTSIDE
On the garden level, in front of the pool, a "sousté" (covered terrace in Provencal) with a large table for convivial meals, and a fully equipped summer kitchen and a WC make this place surely be your favourite one. The well kept pretty garden all around enjoys your eyes and a terrace as well as many leisure equipments (bowling pitch, table tennis, playground for children) will make you spend very pleasant holidays.
The owners retain the use of a small pavilion at the entrance to the property, without inconvenience or promiscuity because it is well isolated from the house and will ensure exterior maintenance for your greatest comfort. The garden and the swimming pool are for your exclusive use.
