From the terraces of the house, 450 meters above sea level and just 70 steps from the beach, which you can reach by using a typical street lined with colorful residences, you will dominate the entire coast and see the fantastic Faraglioni of Capri in the distance. Elegant in the rooms and able to offer all the most modern comforts, the Villa can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms all equipped with private bathroom.
Let yourself be immediately captivated by the welcoming infinity pool located at the entrance of the structure. Enjoy the large solarium with tables and loungers for deserved relaxing sessions in absolute peace and tranquility away from everything and everyone.
The Space:
On the ground floor you will enter a beautiful living room equipped with a large sitting area with a large sofa and a table for 8. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a bar area with fridge and ice machine along with a small cellar and two bathrooms. An outdoor terrace will allow you to experience convivial moments outdoors, for both lunch and dinner. Also on the ground floor there is also an independent bedroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi. Each room is equipped with flat satellite smart TV and free wi-fi. The air conditioning system completes the unique equipment of the house. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor also has a sofa bed for one person and two panoramic balconies. The other room, on the other hand, has a large panoramic terrace and the possibility of adding two beds.
On the second floor there are 2 other bedrooms with private bathroom, flat satellite smart TV, air conditioning and a large panoramic terrace. One of the 2 bedrooms has a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower and a sofa bed for one person, the other has a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub for your moments of relaxation.
