This magnificent house of 160 sqm located in the city center, in the old town of the Ciotat, offers a fabulous location to live La Ciotat on foot: the beach, the old port, the calanques.
It has a superb reception capacity, all comforts for 13 people with 3 double beds, 7 single beds, 3 shower rooms and 3 terraces.
If you come to work on the shipyard, you only have to walk 15 minutes to be there.
At the ground floor, the large living room and kitchen overlooks the main terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with its dining area. There is also an independent toilet.
The pool area with its large table, its barbecue offers a friendly and relaxing setting.
The first floor, you will enjoy air-conditioning in the rooms. First you will find 3 bedrooms with a double bed including the main suite with its dressing room and bathroom and a large, bright room with access to a terrace.
You will then have access to 2 other rooms offering 2 single beds each which can be grouped into double beds on request.
At this level there are 2 shower-rooms and an independent toilet.
On the 2nd floor you will have access to a large room equipped with 3 single beds and a separate toilet.
This last level also gives access to the roof top terrace which offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean.
Get carried away by the softness of the place, some will opt for a day-pool, others will enjoy the shaded terrace or the solarium with view on the sea and on the historic center. You have to choose!
To enhance your stay, we can offer you additional local services such as taxi transfer, boat rental on the coast, chef at home, diving, etc. We will see this with you after your booking confirmation.

The house is located in to the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian.
Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
