Located in Provence in the heart of Comtat Venaissin, the cottage is less than 500 meters from the historic city center of Pernes Les Fontaines in a small dead end. A part of the garden is reserved for you with barbecue as well as a parking space on the property and you can enjoy an exceptional view of the plain and the Dentelles de Montmirail. You will also enjoy relaxing in a 10mX5m swimming pool around 30 ° even in September, equipped with an aqua bike and shared with the owners. On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a wardrobe, a comfortable convertible sofa (to accommodate two people at night), a bench seat and a television with DVD player. The kitchen and dining area will allow you to cook comfortably in a real fully equipped kitchen. Finally, you will find a bathroom with spacious shower and wc.
