Summary: Clean and spacious room | Reception staff was friendly and helpful; Overnight staff is security guards only, thus, it’s a bit challenging to communicate in English as the guard only understands French - however, we made use of Translation to help successfully. | Lift was out of service the 1st morning since we moved in and was still not working for the rest of our trips (5 days), which made customers hard to carry luggage/ walk back to the rooms.
