You can enjoy its calm during your stay. It has been designed with top-of-the-range services to satisfy your every wish. This pretty apartment is ideally located in the heart of Lyon and a few steps from Place Bellecour.
Quiet, it is perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay of two people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
It consists of a beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable new double bed for two people (140x190). A kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave, a kettle and even a Nespresso coffee machine.
A bathroom which has also been redone, it has a shower cubicle with Wc. To ensure the best comfort, I provide you with an iron and storage space.
We also provide premium quality towels and bed linens, a few coffee capsules and high-speed WiFi is free with a fiber optic connection.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In the case of an autonomous entry, we will ask you to send us an identity document.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
I will welcome you on site the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Our arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
If you wish to arrive before or after 8 p.m. and we are available, an additional charge will be requested:
Arrival between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.: €20
Arrival between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €20
No arrival after 11 p.m. can take place.
As there is no reception at the apartment, I will need to organize myself as well as possible to receive you in order to give you the keys and guide you through the city.
when you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
