I welcome you in my 72 square meters apartment in the heart of the 6th district of MARSEILLES with a balcony, located on the 4th floor without elevator, ideal for 4 people. It is located near the COURS JULIEN and the OLD PORT. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and to discover the various restaurants, bars and the tourist sites of the city!

It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax after an intense day. It has a BALCONY, with a nice view of the city, which will be very appreciated in summer! You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Coffee machine, dishwasher, oven.
You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Notre Dame du Mont station (Metro line M2) and the Lodi Fontange bus station (line 74)!
The apartment is ideally located near the Old Port (15 min walk), the Cantini Museum of the City of Marseille (10 min walk), the lively artistic street of Cours Julien (5 min walk), the Place Castellane (12 min walk) and the Plage des Catalans (12 min drive). You will find many shops nearby such as a Carrefour Express at 3 min walk and a Vival at 1 min walk.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
