Our fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and you can step straight onto our pool side terrace to eat alfresco. There is also a washing machine. A new additional American size Fridge has been added to ensure enough cooling is available when the property is full.
The living room has French doors opening onto a terrace and looks over our own private gated swimming pool (10 metres by 5 metres) which is open during the summer months .English and local TV and DVD player, MP3 docking facility for your iPod or similar, and lots of comfy seating.
A separate TV room is now available with direct access onto the Patio and out onto the pool. This has a sofa bed for additional living area.
Our dining room which is open plan onto the living area can easily seat 10 people. There is also a downstairs WC.
On the first floor you will find two double en-suite bedrooms, a double bedroom, a further two twin bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a separate WC.
The master bedroom also has a veranda with seating overlooking the garden and pool area, which is lovely for the evenings.

In our village:: A two minute walk into the village of Sernhac will bring you to a patisserie, small supermarket a bar and a couple of local restaurants and a take away pizzeria.
A 5 minute drive will bring you into Remoulins where you will find larger supermarkets and just about all the other commerce you will need. 30 minutes will bring you into Uzes and their fabulous Saturday market (absolutely not to be missed...) and unbeatable window shopping.
