The villa is distributed over three levels and has panoramic terraces, a unheated swimming pool (8m x 4m, open May 4- October 26, 2019), and a garden. (180 m2) Ground Floor: Access via 20 steps – There is a living/dining room that has access to the patio furnished with a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining and a panoramic terrace with sea views. The kitchen includes: a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. First Floor: The first double bedroom has a queen bed (190 cm x 160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. This bedroom has access to the panoramic terrace with sea views. The second double bedroom has a queen bed (190 cm x 160 cm) with a single bed (190 cm x 80 cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Lower Floor (with access to the panoramic terrace): A bedroom with a queen size bed (190 cm x 160 cm) with en suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Please Note: Housekeeping included 2 hours per day, 4 days per week AC in all the bedrooms 1 Pool towel is provided per guest The villa is accessed via 120 easy steps.
