Charming 95m2 typical villa with an inside flowered garden and 3 terraces. Recently refurbished with two entrances : One on the square opening to the
living-room, one in the street opening to the garden surrounded by a terracotta tiled terrace.

- A large spacious 40m2 living-room / dining-room, with two windows and two glass doors opening onto the square terrace on one side and on the
inside garden/ terrace on the other. Very comfortable double sofa bed 160 x 200.
- A spacious 16m2 master bedroom with private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Bed 160 x 200
- A second 10.5 m2 bedroom upstairs, accessible from the garden with a large window and a 7m2 terrace overlooking the garden and the village roofs. It’s totally independant. The bathroom is downstairs (shower, a sink and a toilet). Double bed 140 x 190.
- A third bedroom on the square side. It’s an independant 16m2 studio with a flowered terrace, a well equipped kitchenette and a bathroom ( shower, sink and toilet). Double bed 140 x 190.
- A very pleasant and fully equipped 10m2 kitchen (dish-washer, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker with oven, coffee machine, bread toaster etc). It’s opening on the main terrace with a glass door and a window which makes the service on the garden table very easy.
- A barbecue and a sink on the garden wall entirely covered with climbing plants and flowers.
