The ideal location provides easy access to Saint-Tropez and the delights of the coast while avoiding the crowded main roads to reach the beaches. The bedrooms are all spacious with individual air conditioning and bathrooms en-suite. The house overlooks the lawn and the upper terrace, and down a few steps is the large heated swimming pool which has an electric hard cover. A gorgeous stone sundeck equipped with sun lounges offers a splendid view over the valley. The main house includes 4 bedrooms. The 3 largest rooms have baths and the smaller one a shower. The new kitchen installed in 2024 is fully equipped and fiber wifi is available in the house. The outside patio with wooden deck chairs is the ideal place for cocktails while the covered terrace with its summer kitchen with gas plancha and American fridge is perfectly located near the pétanque playground. At pool level there is a second little stone house with an additional bedroom and a new bathroom with Italian shower. Take advantage of the many hiking trails accessible on foot or by bike, organize boat trips with or without a skipper to indulge in a wonderful day on the sea, visit the local wineries, discover the Provencal markets of the surrounding villages or relax on the terraces of the many restaurants located within minutes of the property.
