On the ground floor we have an entrance area, on the right side we find a large entertainment hall, on the left there is a living room, kitchen with dining area and a guest bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, two study areas, 2 bathrooms including a large master bathroom with shower and bathtub (no whirlpool) and a balcony. On the second floor, characterized by exposed beams, there is a sitting room with a sofa, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds), a beautiful billiard room and a bathroom. A few meters from this prestigious property there is another building which serves as a dependance. There is an entrance area on the ground floor while on the upper floor there is a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Between the villa and the swimming pool there is a terraced area with a barbecue.Pets are allowed with charge of a fee.
Up to 4 guests only the ground floor and 1st floor will be open. (2 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + + garden + pool + billiards).
Up to 8 guests only the villa with garden and swimming pool will be made available.
Starting from the 9th person, the dependance will also be opened.
