You enter the property through an automatic gate, and the house's living rooms surround an interior courtyard where a swimming pool which is equipped with a counter current swimming system and heated all-year round, allows you to relax. On the other side of the villa, adjoining the kitchen, there is a large terrace with comfortable garden furniture and eating area, and a panoramic view of the Pont du Gard. The park is beautifully maintained and provides several areas where each person can relax as they wish. There is also a pétanque strip. The property opens on to the garrigue where you can take beautiful walks.
You enter this magnificent property at the living rooms level, which includes a professionally equipped kitchen, with a back utility room, a lounge/dining room with fireplace, three bedrooms and a separate WC. These three bedrooms each have a double bed and a TV. Two of them have a bathroom and one has a shower room. All have private WCs. An exterior staircase, on the swimming pool side, provides access to the floor above where the tower is located, which has a 140cm sofa-bed which acts as a spare bed if there are two people who do not want to share the same bedroom. On the lower level, on the garden side, there is a studio with a large double bed, TV, bathroom and private WC, kitchen area and private terrace, as well as a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, shower room and stereo system. Access to the studio can be from inside the house as well as from the outside for extra independence. There is also a wine cellar offering the possibility to purchase wine.
