Positive: Upon arrival, co-owner, Sebastian welcomed us warmly and was very helpful about the amenities of the town. He explained how everything worked in this beautiful villa house. It is very spacious with an excellent kitchen with a gas stove and moka pot for making coffee and two large bedrooms (even though we were only a couple.) Short walk to the start of the Path of the Gods hike and close to good restaurants and bakeries. 5 min. walk to free overnight parking lot with plentiful spots (we rented a car from Naples.) Sebastian even helped me find and purchase a fine Italian leather belt (which I forgot to pack) and purchased as a souvenir for an incredible price of €10. This fine villa house could be easily improved for perfection.

Negative: This is a wonderful spacious and beautifully decorated villa house. But it could have easily been improved to perfection except for these deficiencies: - bed has a cheap mattress (can feel the springs a bit and was too soft for our liking) so we didn't sleep well - floors a bit dusty and towel rack (or bathroom radiator) was coated with dust; found out when we put our bath towels on it; if that was not a towel rack then the place needs one - they need to mark the hallway step clearly; almost fell when I woke up to pee in the early morning - one or more towels had loose fibres/lint Other than the above, the place was a dream stay for a very reasonable price.
