Flat wooded land of 4300m2 (you can park under trees, play petanque... remember to bring your petanque balls), large swimming pool 15mx4.5m (electrolysis with salt), 1 wooden terrace 80m2, 1 outdoor balinese paillote, 1 covered terrace 30m3. The many outdoor areas (covered and not covered terraces, garden, solarium area) make it an ideal place for holidays with family or friends, to enjoy the laziness, the large tables, the soft summer evenings, the sun and the swimming.
