South facing terrace, with barbecue, has stunning views of the Pyrenees. There are two sunny bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The loft bedroom has wonderful views and a large bathroom with luxurious walk -in shower. One of the bedrooms can be either 2 singles or a double bed. The house is right in the centre of this charming, quiet village with vineyard views but Carcassonne, Narbonne and beaches are less than an hour's drive.
Fibre-optique internet and tranquil surroundings make it an ideal property for those wanting to combine work and play.
The kitchen is light and airy and comes fully equipped. Essentials such as oil, vinegar, flour, condiments, spices, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs are provided. Welcome pack of wine and local produce.
Pouzols Minervois is 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi and 40 mins drive to Carcassonne and Mediterranean beaches.
