Quiet area close to all shops (bakery, butcher, grocery, pharmacy ...).
This house of 100m², facing south, has a large veranda giving access directly to the private pool (7x3.50m flat bottom 1. 40m deep) and equipped with an alarm.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 each and a room with 2 single beds 90. Sheets are made available. The bedding is completely new. Towels are also provided against those for the pool are not.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer ...), a living room with 2 sofas including a sofa bed, TV, DVD, free WiFi, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower. the Italian and an independent toilet.
A gas barbecue is available.
An extra bed for baby can be provided upon request.
Fully fenced villa that has 2 carports and an automatic gate.
