The villa is on one level making it easy to use for all generations of your family. The villa is 180 sqm and south facing.. The air conditioned interior consists of a large open plan living - dining area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and utility room and 3 comfortable bedrooms. The Master ensuite features a King sized bed, the 2nd ensuite a queen bed and a third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The salon and 2 ensuite bedrooms have access through French windows to a shaded terrace with views over the olive trees and garden. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dining or grilling on the BBQ with a view over to the pool.

The air-conditioned interior consists of a large open plan living - dining area. A large sofa and armchairs provide comfortable seating in a tastefully decorated setting. The room is light and airy with 3 sets of French doors leading out onto the patio area.
The salon has a flatscreen TV, DVD, Satellite and WIFI access. Leading off of the salon, a covered patio area offers a restful spot to enjoy your meals alfresco.
A modern central heating and air conditioning system insures all-season comfort in every room.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has all the equipment and utensils any cook could wish for with an induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen island is ideal to enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee.
Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables sit 6-8 comfortably.
A separate utility room has a washer, dryer, and a 2nd fridge.
Private Pool and Garden: You can enjoy the privacy of the pool (9m by 4m) and garden from a choice of sunny and shaded areas including a summer lounge adjoining the pool and furnished with comfortable sun loungers.

The private grounds (5000 sq m) consist of 5 gently descending terraces covered with assorted pines, oaks and olive trees all overlooking the village of Seillans in the distance. There is a badminton net, a ping pong table and also a boules court, ideally situated in a shaded corner of the garden.
Local Interests: Our villa is situated between the medieval villages of Fayence and Seillans. All the surrounding villages have markets and a wide selection of day-to-day and tourist shops. Mons, Fayence and Seillans all boast pleasant restaurants to suit all budgets using local fare with friendly service. You will find three 1-star Michelin restaurants within 5km the nearest, Le Castelleras, is within walking distance. If you prefer a traditional pizza made in a wood burning oven that is also possible too.
The coast and its beaches is 35 mins away. Take the time to discover the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon or Les Grottes de St Cezaire. Nearby Grasse is the historic capital of the French perfume industry. Whether you seek active pursuits like tennis, hiking, fishing, gliding or golf or more leisurely activities such as antiquing, wine tasting or historical sightseeing, you will find it all on your doorstep. But if your sole aim is to read a book by the pool you will not be disappointed.
